Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all OKS GEAR tags attached to ensure the items remain in premium condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
